Description
The Monnit Next Low Temperature Sensor measures temperature based on a user-configurable Heartbeat time interval.
When performing a measurement, the sensor momentarily energizes a platinum RTD in series with a precision resistor. This produces a voltage directly proportional to the temperature of the RTD. The sensor converts the analog voltage signal to a digital value and calculates the temperature. This measurement is then sent to iMonnit Software through Wi-Fi.
Enables low-temperature monitoring from -200°C to 0°C (-325 °F to 32°F) with a precise resolution of 0.1°C (0.18°F). Accuracy can be increased via user field calibration for more accurate readouts.
- Standard Accuracy (at 0°C): ±1°C (±1.8°F)
- Calibrated Accuracy (at 0°C): ±0.5°C (±0.9°F)
Additionally a 13-month ISO-17025 (NIST) certification is available.
